Terms & Conditions – MAC Transfer

1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your transfer.

• The remaining balance is paid directly on board the vehicle.

• We accept payments by credit card, cash, or mobile payment at the time of service.

• No prepayment of the full amount is required.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer: deposit fully refundable.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the transfer: deposit is non-refundable.

• In case of flight or cruise delays, MAC Transfer ensures that a driver will be available for up to 5 hours after the scheduled pick-up without extra charge.

3. Transfer Conditions

• Transfers are provided by licensed and approved private drivers (VTC) in compliance with French Prefecture regulations.

• Vehicles provided may be Mercedes C-Class, E-Class, V-Class, or similar, depending on availability.

• Transfers are private and direct. No shared rides with third parties.

• MAC Transfer reserves the right to substitute vehicles with similar or better class if needed.

4. Responsibility & Liability

• MAC Transfer is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

• While we ensure punctuality, MAC Transfer cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Liability for any incident is limited to the amount paid for the transfer service.

• By booking, the client agrees that MAC Transfer does not provide insurance for personal belongings unless otherwise contracted.

5. Force Majeure

• MAC Transfer is not liable for failure or delay in providing services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic congestion

  • Road closures

  • Severe weather

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Strikes, civil unrest, or natural disasters

6. Data Protection

• Personal data collected during booking is used solely for the purpose of providing the transfer service.

• Data is stored in compliance with GDPR regulations.

• Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting MAC Transfer via email.

7. Acceptance of Terms

• By booking a transfer with MAC Transfer, the client accepts these Terms & Conditions in full.

• All disputes shall be governed by French law and any legal action will take place in the jurisdiction of Marseille, France.
